Refund Policy

Simply use this award winning exercise program and if for some reason it does not provide you with ANY benefits then we will refund you the price of the product minus processing costs ($20 per order).

We can only accept refund by "snail mail" this is due to the fact that our refund department requires written proof of your request for a refund.

Before requesting a refund the following conditions need to be met:

• Used the Penis-Health ™ exercise program for a minimum of 120 days, this is because it can take some time to get used to the exercises and some people take longer to gain. 
• Contacted Customer Support via the telephone or the Customer Support ticketing system to ask for help on how to make the product work for you
• You are asking for a refund within 6 months.

If in the unlikely event that this is the case we require the following:

• Your full name, address and order ID number.
• Details of your exercise workout program.
• The PenisHealth DVD (if you ordered the PenisHealth Ultimate Package)
• Fully completed and signed refund form (see link below)
